Healthy Roots Wellness Centre is home to a growing team of over 20 healthcare practitioners, working together to better serve the evolving needs of our community. As our clinic continues to grow, our focus remains the same, providing thoughtful, high-quality care while maintaining a supportive, respectful, and connected clinic culture.
We believe exceptional care comes from collaboration, communication, and genuine relationships. Our practitioners work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, allowing us to support clients through all stages of life with coordinated, whole-person care. This team-based approach ensures that each client feels supported, informed, and cared for, not rushed or overlooked.
At Healthy Roots, we value balance, family, and community - for our clients and for our team. We strive to create a clinic environment where practitioners are supported in their work, and where clients feel welcomed, respected, and at ease. By fostering a strong internal culture, we are able to provide consistent, compassionate care to individuals and families throughout Regina and the surrounding area.

Online Booking & Appointments
Healthy Roots Wellness Centre operates by appointment only. BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.
For your convenience, we offer 24/7 online booking through our website and our free Apple and Android apps. Online booking allows you to easily book, reschedule, or cancel appointments at any time.
Please note that we do not have a full-time receptionist. Our practitioners are often in treatment, so phone calls and emails are returned as soon as possible. Online booking is the fastest way to secure an appointment.
Direct Billing for Massage Therapy
Some (5) of our Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs) offer direct billing to most insurance companies. Direct billing availability varies by practitioner and insurance provider. We recommend confirming direct billing eligibility prior to your appointment. Please note that there is no direct billing available for chiropractic or acupuncture treatments.
Free Parking
Free parking is available directly in front of the clinic and is clearly marked with Healthy Roots signage. Additional parking is available within the court, as well as overflow parking at Gardiner Park Mall near Pharmasave.
NO WHEELCHAIR ACCESS:
Please be advised that our building has a couple steps leading up to the front door. For lower level practitioners - there is stairs with railings within reach, on both sides. However, if you require assistance please contact us to make arrangements. We would be more than happy to help.
