Connect more deeply to your own inner wisdom and resources, heal further and achieve more authentic aliveness with Calyne Skolney, RSW.

Counselling can assist individuals, couples and families to address current stressors in life, can help people process and move through past and current traumas or gain further connection with their mind and body.

Through the process of counselling the goal is to help guide individuals to connect more deeply to their own inner wisdom and resources, and to offer individuals the presence, validation, education, strategies, and fresh perspective one might need to heal further and obtain more authentic aliveness. Counselling can support others with gaining further understanding and heal the root cause of one’s suffering.

Counselling can help support and improve your overall health and well-being and improve upon your quality of life.

It isn’t easy being human and we will all suffer but learning to process emotions, connecting further with the mind and body, gaining further awareness and challenging thought processes can assist in improving one’s quality of life and decrease suffering.

Counselling is an investment into yourself and your future. It is important to connect with a counsellor you trust and feel comfortable with. The benefits of counselling are individual and can vary depending on the circumstances and therapeutic relationship. The approach the counsellor takes will depend on the individual needs of the client; meeting client’s where they are at and providing trauma informed, strengths based, inclusive, anti-racist, anti-oppressive and sex-positive counselling services is our commitment.
