Healthy Roots is a place of healing where experts from a variety of fields come together to assist you in reaching your health goals.

We are an Eco-Friendly Wellness Centre, proudly serving Regina and area since October 2010. Our address is 330 Gardiner Park Court (conveniently located just north of Arcola on the corner of University Park Drive and Truesdale Drive).

We are dedicated to providing the highest quality Chiropractic, Therapeutic Massage Therapy, Cupping Massage, Counselling, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Acupuncture, Reflexology, Biofeedback, Hypnotherapy, BodyTalk, and Cold Wave Laser in a professional, safe, and comfortable environment that is suitable for the whole family.

We have 4 RMT’s that offer direct billing.   To see if Michelle Adair, RMT, Tanya Auger, RMT, Amanda Armstrong, RMT or Stamatina Kyriakakis, RMT can direct bill to your insurance company please contact us (via email/phone) prior to your appointment or see chart below.

We are BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. We have made booking appointments simpler for you by creating a website that features an online booking system. This will allow you to easily compare your schedule to ours, and book & cancel your own appointments 24 hours a day. Please note, we do not have a Receptionist, calls will be returned as soon as possible. We also have free Apple & Android Apps.

Free parking is available in front of the building, marked with our signs. Additional parking available in the court.

NO WHEELCHAIR ACCESS: Please be advised that our building has a couple steps leading up to the front door. For lower level practitioners - there is stairs with railings within reach, on both sides. However, if you require assistance please contact us to make arrangements. We would be more than happy to help.
